How to fix a counter signature issues on agreements/quotes?
Counter-signature issues with HubSpot agreements are prevalent; in most cases, this is due to emails bouncing.
To fix this, the issues must be reviewed simultaneously with the HubSpot support team. To do this, click on the purple help support section on the right hand of your screen.
Explain the situation and add the deal and quote link to the message as:
"Hi HubSpot team, we have an issue regarding. Counter-signature, please help?"
The HubSpot team will troubleshoot this issue almost immediately and provide instructions on re-sending this quote.
If the issues persists, you'll need to make sure they save the conversation and send this to the IDS team.
