User permissions are blocked when trying to email own team members/employees at my location.
Here is an example of what this issue looks like:
This issue happens because each user in HubSpot is also a contact in HubSpot and those contacts get assigned to different team members that are restricted to each other.
To solve this issue:
Step 1: Find the user's contact record in HubSpot by searching for them under contacts.
Step 2: Then assign them to them to the team who they are communicating with or assign them to themselves.
Step 3: Before confirming with the client that the issue is resolved first log in as them from users and permissions tab in settings and replicate the issue.
