Set up a confirmation email when a user books your calendar connected to your book a tour button on your location website
Once a tour is booked on a location's website, an automated email is sent through HubSpot to confirm the booking. Although the design of this email cannot be altered, you have the option to include a personalized message in the booking confirmation email. Follow these steps to implement this feature.
Do this on the client's behalf
Step 1: Log into your HubSpot account and navigate to Sales -> Meetings.
Step 2: Select the calendar that is attached to the location website from the drop down menu here:
Step 3: Click on the meeting link to edit it.
Step 4: Once in the editing screen under overview scroll down to where the description section:
